An uncircumcised penis has a sliding motion with the foreskin, a circumcised penis does not. There is no way that Jordan could have seen Jackson from all angles, masturbated Jackson approx 10 times & not know if he was circumcised or not.

The masterbation claim disappeared from Jordans December declaration bc they knew it was utter bullshit & it would undermine the whole thing.
Its safe to say Jordan described Jackson as circumcised & he wasn't & thats why he wasn't arrested.
