Page 223 of All That Glitters they mention how in April 1994 the DA began to put pressure on Evan to have Jordan testify, so they were aware that they could pursue criminal charges!

An affidavit from former Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department deputy Deborah Linden was filed in 1993 to secure court permission to photograph Jackson's genitalia ⤵️

Dr. Richard Strick was present in the room when the strip search was carried out, please note Dr. Strick never confirmed the match, he was TOLD there was a match.

Strick speaks of the genitals being oddly coloured with light skin/dark skin. No mention of a mark, anywhere!
