🇺🇸Today somebody asked me how mask mandates are in conflict with the Constitution, here’s what I said: THREAD
1. First Amendment. People cannot speak freely with their mask on, as clearly indicated by the many Democrat officials who take off their masks every time they are addressing the public.
2. Second Amendment. Current laws prohibit the use of self- defense equipment while wearing a mask.
3. Fourth Amendment. “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, house, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, may not be violated. “ this indicates autonomy over ones own personal space and body. It is their choice, whether to wear a mask.
4. Under the larger umbrella of the founding principals of the United States of America, mask mandates are in complete contradiction with the Declaration of Independence: ⬇️
5. “...that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --...
6. “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, & to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely..

8. 🇺🇸If masks are impairing a person’s ability to feel happiness, or if they *decide* that it is, and/ or that it is lowering their degree of safety (proper oxygenation is foundational for health), they can choose as a sovereign being, to decide what is in their space. #USA
