Pakistan is Land of Indus. Also called Abaseen, Father of Rivers. In Rig Veda, written in Pakistan (1500 BC), Indus has been identified as the only male river in area. Tributaries of Indus have been identified as female rivers.
Pakistan thus, is the Fatherland & not Motherland.

In Tibet Indus is called as god river & in Pashto, Father of Rivers. Rig Veda applies feminine gender to all rivers, except Sindhu with a masculine gender. Sindhu is seen as a strong warrior amongst other rivers seen as goddesses & compared to cows & mares yielding milk & butter.

Natural unity of landmass of Indus Valley Civilisation (Pakistan) served by a single major river valley made Indus Valley Civilisation a contiguous geographical entity. Identified as Meluhha by Mesopotamians, later named Hind, Indos & India & called Pakistan by its own people.
Alexander of Macedon came to Indos, the land of Indus (Pakistan) and not India, as the word India had not even been coined at that time. The Greeks called the people of Indus as Indoi. Word India was used for the first time, in Latin, over 600 years after the death of Alexander.
Word India, cognate of River Indus (does not even flow in mainland India) was Ist used by Paulus Orosius in Latin language 4 century. King Alfred translated it in old English in 9 century using same word, became famous in 16/17 century. India was used for land of Indus - Pakistan
Writing in Pakistan was unknown before 3rd century BC. But Greek Admiral Nearchus sailing on Indus saw writing in 325 BC. Greek travellers in Pakistan saw mile-stones & cattles marked with various signs/numbers. Indicates writing in Pakistan reached before Alexander's invasion.
1000 BC east Iranian language, letter S was not used & replaced by H & whole area of Sindh (Indus) River Valley/Pakistan was called Hind. Word Hindu was not even part of any Indian Hindu mythological scripture. Word Hindu had nothing to do with religion, colour, caste or creed.
Sanskrit word Mlechha means foreigner or barbarian who speak unintelligeable language. Vayu, Matsya & Brahmanda Puranas state, area of Sapta Sindhva (Land of Indus/Pakistan) consist of Mlechha countries. Since 1000s of years, land of Indus/Pakistan was foreign to people of India.
Words India & Hind, both originated from River Indus, which does not even flow in mainland India, but flows in Pakistan from North to South and goes on to join the Arabian Sea. People of India are neither original Indians nor original Hindus.
In India, concept of Motherland revolves around Indian Hindu religious phenomena of Mother Goddess(es) which relates to only one religion, ignoring religious sentiments of minorities.
In Pakistan, concept of identifying the country as Fatherland is not related to religiosity.
