But no one looks at the other side of the coin !!

3. Most of them are transferred every 3 years at times every year due to management's incompetence, that too in the months of June- July and school sessions begin from April.

For each transfer they spend fees and books etc in schools twice a year. No refund no reimbursement. House is always on the move like a "khanabadosh" and no it is not fancy like it seems for any family !! You are always away from your relatives, cannot attend family funerals
Because you might take 3 days to travel to your native by train and flight is not always affordable.

dressed even if they cannot afford so they are forced to spend their hard earned money. Basically they are expected to spend and live the life of a high class elite with a low middle class salary, voluntarily donate at the time of emergencies, pay even more taxes, salary cuts
And for 1 penny increment in 5-6 years there is so much noise as if they get it for free.
6. Working hours they say is 10 to 5. But real picture is completely different. If their department says 2 hrs are reduced they start working from 8 but guess what 5 still remains for public

Infact what we don't know is to cut Back- Office staffs the same ones are made to work till 10 pm at least. Even during these pandemics they work for more than 14 hours a day at the same desk for which they are not even appreciated. Breach of labour policy of 8 hrs work.
No relief even during corona.

employees who are so damn miserable that they couldn't even make a small house to secure their families after 35 years of service.
Even then they do not complain, most of them are helpful even if you lack basic politeness and patience to stand in a queue. Example hardly people

10. Don't believe me, find the statistics, look around, talk to them, we as public don't even know the actual data of how many such employees have committed suicide due to the torture and pressure.

BUT some of them are still brave enough to fight with high diabetes, bp, thyroid, depression and now corona that too all at the same time with a smiling face because they are hell MIDDLE CLASS !!
