Happy 4th of July!

I didn't watch Trump's Independence Day Klan rally at Mount Rushmore last night because I got high and fell asleep on the couch watching Warrior Nun.

I feel like I made a good choice.

To sum up, this is a real photo of Dear Leader last night, who looks like Madame Tussauds was just about to finish a wax statue of him when the museum caught fire.

We liked it! Were only 2 eps in, but so far, it's a little less campy than Buffy, but funny and charming and pretty good special effects.

If there is a God, please let her protect national treasure, @BrentTerhune, the man who proves that satire in the age of Trump is not dead.

Matt Gaetz just introduced the world to his adopted 19-year-old son, Nestor.

Nestor is from Cuba.

Matt wants you to know that Nestor came here at age 12, legally.

I have questions.
My first question is this: why does Gaetz think that a white man sponsoring a Cuban teenager so he can go to high school in the United States is the same as being a black man raising a black boy in America?

Hint: it's not.
This is my son Nestor. We share no blood but he is my life. He came from Cuba (legally, of course) six years ago and lives with me in Florida.

I am so proud of him and raising him has been the best, most rewarding thing I’ve done in my life.

Cops say he grabbed their taser so they had no choice but to shoot him.

Here he is, running away from the cops right before they kill him.

Someone is lying, and it ain't this video.
I'm not sharing this as entertainment.

I'm sharing this because the cops are already lying about what happened when there is VIDEO of this man being shot while running away.

You can see them picking up their own shell-casings.

GBI is investigating.

Police shot 20 yo Justin Howell with a "non-lethal" weapon, fracturing his skull.

They then told the protesters to bring him to them for treatment.

Then, police fired on the people they told to come toward them. #HisnameisJustinHowell
