- For building global products, one needs to build a mindset of thinking big in terms of scale.
- The Quality of the product has to be on par with existing international products.

2. Being sustainable.
- While building a business, find out ways to be sustainable from the beginning.
- Prefer clients that would pay upfront.

3. Stay lean. Be extremely frugal. Especially in good times.
- Try to build products and features aligning them with long term goals

4. Always think long term. Be it product, people, or clients
- At @gonuclei , it's attitude over skillset.
- Prefer clients that are willing to support your vision and build products together.

5. Don't build a linear business. Think exponentially
- Choose the right kind of business which can grow massive in 8-10 years

6. Optimize for mind space. Reduce stress 😇
-Freedom of mind space & reducing overall stress helps in taking better decisions for you & your employees

7. Target client's revenue, not cost.💰
-Always build a product that will increase the customer's revenue, it's easier to sell.
- Selling vision to the client to build a product together helps create long term value.
