Haters always fail to add that Evan wanted to publish a book right after the settlement, trying to circumvent it by using Ray to write it. Or that they fed tabloids with stories in 1993 and on.
They also fail to add, that during this very lawsuit it was Evan who tried to turn it into a big media circus. If you believe that Evan was ever wary of publicity, you deserve to be fooled about anything in life. 
BTW, the settlement itself includes MJ's declaration of innocence. Which the Chandlers signed. But Evan wants 60 million dollars over MJ saying in an interview that he was innocent?
