@MJJRepository This is the July 13, 2016 letter referred to that Finaldi & Manly disseminated to the media. Huffing and puffing about "dozens of boys" who supposedly got secret settlements, citing "media reports" (ie. tabloids) as the source of this claim. LOL. 
@MJJRepository Of course, there are no secret settlements. This is nothing but huffing and puffing by Finaldi & co. This was actually the first thing they did on this case. Releasing this letter to the public, all the while knowing its contents are nonsensical.
@MJJRepository Settlements don't and cannot prohibit anyone from testifying in court. The MJ Estate doesn't need to release anyone from confidentially obligations for them to be able to testify. Jordan could testify without legal consequences, just like Jason Francia was able to.
@MJJRepository This is nothing but posturing in front of those who are ignorant about these legal matters. Acting like there are dozens of victims "gagged", when in reality this is based on a stupid tabloid article from 2013, never backed up with evidence and facts.
@MJJRepository Also trying to raise negative publicity around the MJ companies and then use that to try to pressure them into a settlement. That's Finaldi & Manly's game. As legal professionals they must know the content of their letter is legal nonsense.
