The Royal College of Psychiatrists did not sign the new MOU. "The College acknowledges the need for better evidence on the outcomes of pre-pubertal children who present as transgender or gender-diverse, whether or not they enter treatment." rcpsych.ac.uk/pdf/PS02_18.pdf
