The transgender inclusion schools toolkits that have now been legally challenged have been creeping into schools since 2013 when the Brighton & Hove 'Allsorts' toolkit was first published. Local authorities are now withdrawing these guides for review. transgendertrend.com/scottish-trans…

In terms of media coverage, in 2017 we conducted a survey of print media reporting on the subject of 'transgender kids.' We found it was overwhelmingly celebratory and unquestioning and it normalised medical transition for children.
