Kutokana na uzoefu wangu biashara nyingi za mtandaoni hazifaikiwi kwa sababu zinaendeshwa kwa mazoea au kwa kubahatisha. Ukifuata mfumo wa jinsi ya kuanzisha biashara kwa usahihi huwezi kulalamika hakuna wateja au bidhaa hainunuliwi.
Hizi ni baadhi ya steps unatakiwa kuzifuta CUSTOMER RESEARCH, PRODUCT RESEARCH, MARKET RESEARCH, FINANCIALS, OPERATIONS, BRANDING, CONTENT CREATION (MARKETING), COPYWRITING, ONLINE ADVERTS, ONLINE SALES, ACCOUNT GROWTH, ALGORITHM, CUSTOMER CARE, BUSINESS FORMALIZATION
Hii mada ni ndefu na inahitaji muda wa kutosha. Nafikiria kila wiki niwe naongelea mada moja moja. Waandaaji wa #ElimikaWikiendi wanaweza kuja na suluhisho lingine mfano ifanyikie IGLIVE au Kuwepo na Darasa. Leo nitazungumzia mada moja tena kwa kifupi.

Na katika hatua hii ya kufanya utafiti sio wateja wote wa bidhaa zako watanunua kwa sababu wana tatizo fulani, Hapana kuna watu wengine wananua bidhaa kutokana na sababu zingine tu na kila bidhaa inaenda kusolve issue fulani kwa mteja.
Lakini kwa uzofu wangu kama bidhaa yako ina solve a real problem ya mteja ni rahisi sana kumuuzia. Kuna bidhaa nice to have na kuna zingine its a must to have. Sasa sisi focus yetu kubwa ni hizi za must to have. coz hutatumia nguvu nyingi kuziuza
Kuna maeneo mengi ambayo unaweza kuanza kufanya utafiti wa wateja lakini maeneo haya manne ndio profitable zaidi - Health & Fitness

- Self Improvement
- Hobbies, Interests & Activities
Wakati wa kufanya utafiti wa wateja usiishie juu juu unaweza kuingia ndani ya maeneo hayo, mfano kwenye eneo la Health & Fitness ndani yake kuna
- Kujazia (Kuongeza uzito)
- Kupungua Uzito
- Vidonda Vya Tumbo
- Kisukari, nakadhalika
Na kwenye kila kimoja unaweza kuingia ndani zaidi wakati unafanya utafiti wa wateja wako watarajiwa mfano kuwasaidia wateja wako

Kuongeza uzito watu wembamba ili wavutie pisi kali
Kupunguza uzito kwa wanawake waliojifungua
Kwa kifupi tunachojaribu kuangalia ni eneo gani tunatafuta mteja wetu na ni mteja gani atakua anatafuta hio bidhaa au huduma tunayotaka kumpatia
Kwa bidhaa ambayo tunaitaka kuitafuta ni yenye sifa zifuatazo
-Bidhaa itayo rahisisha maisha ya watu wengi
-Bidhaa ambayo tutaweza pata faida kuanzia mara mbili hadi tano
-Bidhaa inayo suluhisha tatizo flani la wateja wengi
ZOEZI: Kutokana na somo la leo fanya utafiti mfupi kisha nitumie DM ni wateja wa eneo gani ungependa kudeal nao na mimi nitakupa ushauri bidhaa gani inafaa kuwauzia.
Kuna njia nyingine fupi ya kufanya utafiti huu wa kutafuta wateja. Kwanza kabisa fata hio process hapo juu fahamu ni aina gani ya wateja au industry gani unataka kufanya biashara. Mfano Weightloss
Chukua Kalamu na Karatasi ingia facebook, twitter na Instagram Search watu wote wanaofanya biashara hio au wanaouza huduma zinazoendana na Weight Loss angalia kurasa zao, post zao, bidhaa wanazouza, bidhaa gani inauzika sana
Andika pembeni bidhaa zile tu ambazo unaona kuna either comments nyingi, bidhaa ambayo inauliziwa sana, bidhaa ambayo inauliziwa na huyo muuzaji hana, bidhaa ambazo unaona zinauwezo wa kutoka lakini muuzaji haziuzi vizuri, post ambazo zina likes nyingi au shares.
Kwenye Session ijayo tutaongelea jinsi gani ya kuchagua bidhaa ya kuuza ambayo inaendana na aina ya wateja tuliowafanyia utafiti na jinsi ya kuitest hio bidhaa kama inalipa kabla ya kupoteza muda na pesa zako kwenye biashara amabayo hailipi.
