DOJ has several of the executive & middlemen plead guilty in 2019, this case is very broad covering years of corruption in many nations. Typical oil services industry fraud with bribes for corrupt govt. officials.
This connected to several of the countries I have look at in #ButNothingsHappening cases. Algeria, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kazakhstan & more. 
One of their contracted middlemen (I mistakenly said employee in this thread) was the contractor for Benghazi security services that abandoned the US personnel on 9/11/12.
Even Huffpost stumbled over the truth in 2016 realizing that the Unioil corruption scandal connected to Benghazi.

Muhannid Alamir provided (by corruption) the licensing authority for British security company Blue Mountain to operate in Libya to provide security for Benghazi. Security that failed & cost 4 Americans their lives.
