@atrupar A forced reopening (impossible choices) along w/ withholding Fed. funds is a ploy by #KochNetwork & #CouncilForNationalPolicy (DeVos) to facilitate the collapse of Public ed. (one of their goals). State budgets are already slashed. They're using #COVID19 as cover.
