1/ Proposed: if Trump (ym'sh) appointees/judges won't resign if BE"H a Dem POTUS takes office, then a Dem senate should add 2 parallel positions to outnumber them until they resign
e.g. Kavanaugh & Gorsuch, if they won't resign, will be matched by 2-4 new justices

2/ Federal judges: we need more districts anyway, but if one of these #MoscowMitch foisted low-rent uneducated fascists won't resign, their bench is turned from 1 to 3 people for the duration of their tenure
3/ This may be met with popular acclaim if the Dems do their job with a Truth & Reconciliation Commission to expose the vast & depraved extent of Trump's (ym'sh) crimes.
Same should hold w/his pardons... esp. for war criminals (logically, his accomplices' pardons won't endure)

4/ I feel the same way about the GOP Senate: if Dems gain the majority, the rules will change as long as either (a) McConnell remains in office and/or (b) ANY of the Trump (ym'sh) enablers remain
5/ Also, not only should Puerto Rico & DC become states, but we seriously need to look into expanding the House membership beyond 435
