April 13, 1071 cases out of 1510 positive cases are linked to Tabligi Jamaat, ie; 70% cases in Delhi. 'Tabligi Jamaat' cases has been replaced as 'Positive cases under Special Operations'. The total positive cases were 97 on March 30, now 1,451 patients are in hospital.

April 29, 125 new cases in 24 hours in Delhi, total count jumps to 3439. With more than 40 cases reported so far, the 31st Battalion of CRPF has become the epicentre of #ChineseVirus cases in Delhi.

May 18, Delhi health secretary Padmini Singla said, "No sample for #ChineseVirus test will be taken of dead body. However, if doctors are satisfied from clinical examination that the cause of death may be covid, the dead body may be released as suspect covid infected."

Jun 8, Kejriwal govt’s orders for reserving hospitals only for Delhi residents. Beds in hospitals under the Delhi government, and private hospitals will be reserved only for the people of Delhi till the #ChineseVirus crisis subsides. Later Delhi LG overrules.

Jun 10, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia says that there will be around 44,000 cases by June 15, one lakh by June 30, 2.25 lakh by July 15 and 5.5 lakh by July 31 while the number of beds required on these dates would be 6,600, 15,000, 33,000 and 80,000, respectively.

Jun 17, As per decision taken by Amit Shah on June 14 to double the #ChineseVirus testing in Delhi. Almost 16618 test samples collected on 15 &16 June (till 14th June daily collection 4000-4500). Reports of 6510 tests received and remaining to be received by 18 June.

Jun 20, Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain tested positive on 17th, he faced difficulty in breathing. During the CT scan it was found that the pneumonia patch in his lungs has widened. His condition is slightly critical and admitted to Rajiv Gandhi Hospital

Jun 22, Delhi's #ChineseVirus death rate 11 times national average. Jun 24th, with 64 fresh fatalities, the death toll has climbed to 2,635. Delhi has reported the highest number of cases and deaths after Maharashtra. The total number of cases stood at 70,390.
