Iran: India is a partner in Chabahar-Zahedan Railway project 
Iran has rejected media reports wherin it was said that India is excluded from the Chabahar-Zahedan Railway Project. Iran's deputy Minister of transport and railways, Saeed Rasauli has said that vested interest were behind those reports.
Earlier today, the Iranian minister invited the Indian ambassador to Iran, Gaddam Dharmendra to review ongoing co-op on Chabahar-Zahedan railway.
Last week @MEAIndia has said that despite the difficulties posed by the sanctions situation, there has been significant progress on the Chabahar Port project. An Indian company has been operating the Port since 2018 and has steadily scaled up the traffic at the Port.
Proactive measures are currently underway to increase the usage of Chabahar Port, both for Afghanistan and Central Asia.
