I strongly condemn this decision.
It’s an “Islamist terrorism” which is clear for decades that they use Islam to kill the innocents, they use the name of religion to burn them alive. It’s an ideology of political Islam therefore we should rightly call them “Islamists”.

Terrorism has no religion BUT Islamist terrorists have a religion which is a form of Political Islam and we can’t ignore the fact.
If We call murderer a MURDERER so we should call Islamist terrorism as ISLAMIST.

Muslims have been greatly effected because these Islamists are #MUSLIMS and use the religion of #ISLAM.
No one associated the term “#IslamistTerrorism” with the community or Islam.
There is a great difference between Islam and #PoliticalIslam, Muslims are #Islamists.

I don’t believe when Muslims defensively call “Terrorism has no religion”, “Terrorists aren’t Muslims” etc.
I say vocally & loudly that “Terrorists has a religion, Terrorists use religion & Islamist Terrorists re Muslims.
This is a clear & bitter truth to be accepted & admitted.

Clearify the typo (and not are). Thank you

I reject their alternative suggestions as well, such as:

1- Faith-Claimed Terrorism
2- Terrorists Abusing Religious Motivations
3- Adherents of Osama bin Laden's ideology
Because there is a clear uncertainty and contradiction as well as historical error in the suggestions. 👇🏻

For example:

1- It’s not clear which faith they re talking abt?
2- Which religious motivation they re referring to?
3- The Islamist ideology wasn’t the creation of Osama bin Laden bt existed far before him.

It’s a political Islamist ideology & whoever follows it calls Islamist.
