1. I think playing around with Trump, Putin, Barr & mall-cops like @DHS_Wolf is pointless. Go on offense. @OregonGovBrown & Portland Mayor should sue under RICO & allege @POTUS is a low-level member of a Russian mob crew working directly under orders of Vova Putin.
2. Allege a RICO and add ORS 166.005 Treason evidenced by the Putin directed rendition kidnappings as a state derived RICO predicate act per 18 USC 1961(1)(A). Seek expidited discovery on Trump's Russian connections in Portland's USDC. Get an order to take his deposition.
3. And as a final touch name Vova as a RICO person and Trump, Pompeo and likely Barr's original recruiter. Don't get mad, get even. @FBIPortland @FBIWFO
4. And allege some or all of the Little Green Men are RICO persons and will be named as defendants when identified.
5. I'd try to get the businesses near the court house to join to allege harm to property or business. @OregonGovBrown should likely allege a basis for Oregon state standing under a general power of parens patriae to protect the local economy from the Russian mob.
6. Do this, and Vova will tell his puppet to chill. Trust me.
