We alerted the #Netherlands🇳🇱 gov't several times in the past regarding UAWC's terror links, as well as its employment of 2 individuals indicted for the murder of Rina Shnerb.

We exposed EU's "clarification"that Palestinian terror affiliates wouldn't be affected.

Why would Europe support groups that promote violence? Is it OK as long as they're only going after #Israel? 1/n
2019 EU funding clause says money can't go to groups on EU terror list.

So multiple Pal NGOs launch campaign rejecting restrictions, claiming "resisting oppression by all means is legitimate"

March 2020 @EUpalestinians "clarified" terror restrictions don't apply to Pal NGOs 2/n
EU🇪🇺 Palestinian Rep @EUpalestinians claims EU funding restrictions only apply if a specific individual is designated

Yet multiple NGOs, including some NGOs campaigning against EU anti-terror restrictions, are linked to EU-designated terror groups 3/n

Response by @IntlCrimCourt prosecutor ignores overwhelming, decisive info provided to Court by dozens of ME, legal experts & 7 ICC Member States, shows she isn't looking for fair judicial process.

Instead uses unsupported claims of #BDS & terror-linked NGOs, biased UN bodies 1/n
Reports that @IntlCrimCourt prosecutor Bensouda colluded closely w/ Palestinian gov't & associated terror groups confirms that her prosecution is politically motivated – not guided by law or justice. 2/n
Response by @IntlCrimCourt prosecutor doesn't offer anything new in responding to strong evidence submitted by many (including us) to her initial request.

She even claims to understand Oslo Accords better than its negotiators (@AmbDennisRoss)
