Create pods matched on #Covid_19 risk and exposure levels (i.e. a pod of low risk children of essential workers, etc).

Implement daily syndromic surveillance (fill out a health inventory), and if anyone is symptomatic or had known contact with someone recently diagnosed, that person is to refrain from attending the pod and is retested before rejoining the pod.
Cleaning surfaces should happen daily, classes and eating should be done outside as long as weather permits. Masks worn inside at all times. When indoors, open windows. Hand washing every hour on the hour.
Heavy breathing activities only happen outside (singing, gym, etc) with everyone spaced very far apart. Pick up and drop off of kids should happen without parents coming into contact with the pod.
Some of this guidance could be loosened if the pod participated in active surveillance on a regular basis, such as routine Covid-19 testing if non-invasive rapid response testing becomes widely available.
