Going to give a quick breakdown of the FL DOH PDF report

This shows the # of Positive cases (each person only counted once) divided by the total # of persons tested (ignores multiple neg/pos tests)

It's purely how many people have tested positive out of all people tested
So, what should @HealthyFla do to properly show the % positive?

They should include ALL tests, whether negative or positive but excluded multiple tests per day. Don't exclude people who previously tested positive.

They're still positive and potentially contagious.
