I've been v quiet the last week as I've found it a v difficult week. What started with passing of the amazing Ruth last Sunday then leads to today, Irenes 3rd Anniversary since her passing. I really want to first thank everybody for all of the kind messages I've received today(1) 
I'm always grateful of the continued support and compassion my boys and I receive, so thank you from the bottom of my heart. Irene was taken from this world far to early and now we know it should never of happened. She was denied the opportunity to be a mother to her children(2)
a wife to her husband, a daughter to her parents, an older sister to her sisters, an Aunt to to nieces and nephews, a friend to her friends and for what? Failed by her state, failed by the health care system she worked in and also relied on. I stood by Irene for 2 years as she(2)
Battled cervical cancer. Watched and helped her as she fought her own battle while putting everyone around her first, especially Oscar and Noah. In the same way as I learnt from her I too have done similar, while battling my own grief and that of my boys, have been working(3)
None stop and uncovering the truth of what went wrong in our screening program in order to fix it, restore trust in it so nobody can ever experience what Irene went through and also nobody would find themselves in my position and now that of Paul Morrissey and many more.(4)
Getting to the point of eradicating HPV in Ireland is my ultimate goal, and we're getting there, HPV Primary Screening is now in, #HPVvaccine is now in for boys and girls. But I'm afraid, I'm afraid cause of the continued games we seem to play with @roinnslainte and our Gov(5)
These games will destroy all the good work that has been done. @roinnslainte have finally got their wishes of pretty much closing down the steering committee as a result of a new gov and a global pandemic as an excuse to fall back on. Oversight of Scallys Report doesn't exist(6)
anymore, the tribunal has essentially collapsed and terminally ill women are still being dragged through our courts. So why am I saying all this today of all days, because some good has to come from the misery that has been inflicted on my family and many others(7)
My message is simple and it is to @DonnellyStephen, @MichealMartinTD and our government. The honeymoon period is over, you all have your lovely new jobs which you all have fought so hard to get, its now time to get to work, cause we have a huge job still ahead of us in the (8)
#CervicalCheckdebacle. We've requested meetings, now it's time to put this in place, sooner rather then later, let's not insult anymore of those this week who are grieving with pathetic apologies and the rest of us who watch on, @221plus aren't going anywhere and will continue(9)
To fight for those who have been caught up in the #cervicalcheckdebacle and also correct the wrongs of the pass for all of the women and families in Ireland, reading the articles today and during this week has been soul destroying for many of us and we now need to get the(10)
Line of communication reopened. Give voice from the ground up, support our medical professionals, support all who rely on our health care system, no more excuses, cancer waits for nothing, time to prioritise the women and families in Ireland
