What does it do:
It damages the liver which is the power house of the body.
Hepatitis B is found in;
-Blood stream
-Semen & Vaginal fluid
-Saliva
Incase you don't know, you can get Hepatitis B via;
-Unprotected sex
-Mother to child
-Needle prick
-Other: sharing of needle, toothbrush, needles and other sharps.
Treatment;
There is no specific cure, but if you have it,
-Avoid alcohol
-Eat healthy foods
-Always go for check up
- exercise and stay healthy.
-Take prescribed medications as well

Most ladies do not know how to calculate their Period, Ovulation, Safe and Unsafe period.
Here is just a simple way to calculate.
For 28 days cycle
-Day 1. Flow starts
-Day 14. Plus or minus 2 days, is ovulation (unsafe)
-Other days (before flow and after flow, probably safe)
You get now??
It's good to know, even if you use apps too
Also, a simple way to know a rough estimate of when to expect it, is to minis 2 to 3 days from the date it started the last time. Eg, if you started your flow on the 9th of August (for a 28 days cycle), expect it September 6th or 7th.
