Barbara Stanwyck kicks things off on 8/1. Who doesn’t love her? Tough choice but I am going with #CrimeOfPassion (11AM/ET) also starring Sterling Hayden & Raymond Burr. Stanwyck is at her absolute scheming best in this!

SO hard to choose (All That Heaven Allows! Magnificent Obsession!) But I’m going with #PillowTalk (8PM/ET). Rock & Doris! Robes! Party lines! That bathtub scene! What more can you ask for? 😂

8/3: Rita Hayworth
My choice is #AffectionatelyYours (9:15AM/ET), with Dennis Morgan, Merle Oberon & Ralph Bellamy. This screwball comedy is SO much fun to watch. Also starring Dennis Morgan's hair. (wonder how this got there instead of Rita?)

8/4: S.Z. "Cuddles" Sakall
I can't help myself, I *have* to pick #ChristmasinConnecticut (10pm/ET) SZ & Una O'Connor are a delight together. (Dennis Morgan spends a good deal of it in a robe!) I love everything about this movie. Everything is hunky-dunky!

I admit, not a huge musical fan, so this is a tough one. BUT I’m going to DVR #SmallTownGirl (4AM/ET) because I don’t think I’ve ever seen it. (Bonus Farley Granger. 😁) You don’t want to miss Bobby Van’s incredible jumping dance sequence!

Oh absolutely going to record #BirdmanofAlcatraz (10:45PM/ET)! Haven’t seen this one for ages. Lancaster is SO good in this. (And it’s Telly Savalas’s only performance nominated for an Oscar)

No contest! #Limelight (3PM/ET) Chaplin won his only competitive Oscar with this film (Original Dramatic Score), at the '73 Academy Awards. It was eligible because it wasn't released in LA until 1972, 20 years after its original release.

I’ve never seen #BachelorinParadise (6PM/ET), so I definitely want to see that, it looks like a fun campy film. (More robes!) BUT if you haven’t seen #ALifeofHerOwn (10AM/ET) you should! It’s fantastic! Milland and Turner are perfection.

Definitely #NightFlight! (3:00PM/ET) I’m hoping a lot of people will be live tweeting it. If you haven’t seen it yet, check it out. It had its first fully sanctioned screening in 70 years at #TCMFF in 2011.

Definitely #ExecutiveSuite (6PM/ET)! Foch decided that her character Erika needed to have something that had been a gift from Bullard. That something was the pencil she wears around her neck. Wise bought it & had it engraved for Foch.

Looking forward to DVRing #OnceUponAHoneymoon (4AM/ET) bc I don't think I've seen that one yet. But for during the day, gotta go with #RoomForOneMore (6PM/ET) for a particular fave! He and wife Betsy Drake are adorable together w/the kids.

8/17: Maureen O'Hara
NO QUESTION! #SittingPretty (2AM/ET) with Clifton Webb and Robert Young. It's SUCH a funny film, and Webb with the kids is just priceless. (Both Young and Webb wear robes! 😉) This was remade as the tv series "Mr. Belvidere" in 1985.

Going with #TheRomanSpringofMrsStone (2PM/ET) because I had no idea Vivien Leigh had done a movie with him and it looks pretty interesting and maybe a little campy, which is always good!

I'm going with #TheFugitive. (4PM/ET) I've only seen this one once, I think. Looking forward to seeing it again. Having Henry Fonda as a #HotPriest doesn't hurt. 😉 And obviously since John Ford directed this, Ward Bond is in it too 😁

Definitely going with #ILoveYouAgain (4PM/ET) for a fave for his day! Love this one. Frank McHugh is always perfect as the sidekick, isn't he? And of course Myrna! (*whispers* and a robe!) Also a boy scout trip scene that is hilarious!

Ohhh! One of my favorites! #TheWreckoftheMaryDeare (7:45AM/ET) with Gary Cooper, featuring Michael Redgrave and Richard Harris. A great thriller. I haven't seen it in forever. Can't wait to see it again.

#TheYellowRollsRoyce (6AM/ET) Check it out if you haven't seen it! It's a fun movie with an all-star cast. The film uses the car to tell the stories of the three very different owners of the car. #Scorpio (8:05AM/ET) also looks fantastic!
