Regarding the degreased testing, a smart doc put it to me this way.
If you want to know how much it’s raining and you put five buckets out and measure the rainfall, then the next day you put four buckets out, you can’t say it rained less.

This is the problem we’re facing right now because of this decreased testing. We are down a bucket at a time where we’re making decisions on schools where it’s really important to have a good idea how much it’s actually raining. #utpol
