#NigeriaPolitics: I hope whoever is taking over the affairs of this country come 2023 already has a semblance of his team in place. He must hit the ground running.

He shouldn't even have the luxury of waiting 1 month to unveil his team.

We need a prepared leader at this time.

My only interest at this point is that Nigeria needs to actualize its great potentials. Despite the challenges posed by the many tribal and cultural differences, we can still find a way through to make life worth living for the average citizen.

A leader with ideology, that is, a coherent set of ideas to drive his politics is all we need.

@MBuhari might not be a talker but I'm convinced his own set of ideas involve the belief that first of all we must stop corruption and make our resources work for all. I declare he has tried but Nigeria needs more...

The country needs somebody who has a grasp of political and economic theories; the details, controversies and nuances.

This person must also be ready to build on the foundation of anti-corruption, infrastructure & foreign policy of the present government.

Leadership is everything in the growth and advancement of civilizations and countries. The followers may have some blames but the ultimate blame stops at feet of the political leadership.

The person must be able to make the legislature work across party lines,...

The judiciary and law enforcement agencies must be made to align with the vision of a great country as contained in the constitution. A lot of work I must confess.

Hm. I have somebody in mind but the time for campaign has not come . The present gov't can still achieve a lot.
