“Very far from herd immunity”. In Lombardy, where virus highly circulated, seroprevalence is 7.5%.
Bergamo province shows 24% ; Cremona province 19%
Nationally, it is 2.5%

Small differences in age:
in children 0-5 yo seroprevalence is 1.3% lower than national average, while in elderly (over 85 yo) it is lower by 1.8%

No differences seen between males and females.

Regional differences: highest 9.8% and lowest (South) 1.4%

Transmission within family units is high, but 60% of households with one positive case did not result in transmission
