Hello Balranald !

Interesting railway 5' 3" that extended 120 miles into the Riverina region of NSW. Balranald branch line was opened on 26 March 1926. Building of the line was sanctioned under the Border Railways Act 1922.

Good Morning Strzelecki !
Branch line from Koo Wee Rup, ~30 miles (49 km).
Opened 1922. Section Triholm - Strzelecki closed 1930 due to a 'swaying' trestle bridge which VR decided to not repair. Yannathan to Triholm was closed on 7 August 1941.

Connected Welshpool to Port Welshpool. Total length ~ 5 kms (3.1 miles) and ran onto the fishing jetty. The line opened 1905 closed on 1 Jan 1941.
