SHRINGAR: Enjoying the beauty in nature which is thriving around us , thanks to the softer foot human kind is laying on Mother Earth due to the lockdown. And also spending quality time with loved ones. (2/10)
HASYA: Finding recourse in humour through movies and shows on television and joyfully engaging in conversions with friends on FaceTime. (3/10)
KARUNA: Feeling empathetic towards the thousands of displaced immigrant labourers and people who have lost their jobs and those who have lost their lives. (4/10)
ADBHUTA: ADBHUTA: An entire planet comes to a standstill. Each individual locked in their home. Airlines are shut. Seems like life has come to a standstill. Is there anything more astonishing and wondrous than this ? (5/10)
VIBHATSA: Disgust towards the act of having to clean even the twig of curry leaf that comes in to the house. Gone are the days when you could pick an article off the shelf and consume it fearlessly. (6/10)
VEER: Salute to the health workers who risk their lives to protect us and care for us and A bigger salute to those Veer Yodhdhas who lay down their lives to protect our motherland. (7/10)
RAUDRA: Anger towards insensitive individuals who refuse to follow rules laid down for the protection of the masses at large. (8/10)
BHAYANAK: Seems to be the sthayi bhava of this Pandemic .. the constant fear that we live in about contracting and staying away from the virus and also the fear of Death. (9/10)
SHANTA: What we all need to move towards. Inner tranquility and peace. Find strength in Yoga and Meditation to build yourself from within so you can fight this outside. Fight this not only at a physical level but also mental and emotional.
