Tonight, the They/Them Collective, a self-described "anarchist abolitionist" group held another march in DC.

In Dupont, they spoke in front of people dining outside, and asked them to raise their fists to "declare your loyalty" to black lives.

Most of the people did so.
The group then protested in front of a strip of mostly LGBT-centered bars in Dupont Circle.
Across the street, two men got into an argument with the crowd, which the leader of the protesters said were trying to "make a scene."

I would encourage you to watch from 56 minutes into the livestream for full context. This went on 11 minutes.

The argument briefly escalated into violence.

"We're on your fucking side and you're treating me like this. I'm fucking gay," said one of the men arguing with the group.

"Bring your ass out here with us then," replied an activist.
The group debriefed afterwards. One activists said every confrontation should be meaningful, and "that shit back there was not meaningful."

She says it could be especially dangerous for black people confronting non-black people who could call police.
The march continued for at least a couple hours. I filmed them continue to move for a couple miles, departing around 10:45 pm. (I usually film events beginning-to-end, but really ran out of fuel here).

The protest went until at least midnight, I've seen on social media.
As noted earlier, watch the livestream for the full context of every shot.

Here's the full HD summary of tonight's "Fuck the Police" march in DC. As always, all footage available to license.
