Get on LinkedIn and write 3 HIGH VALUE articles with absolute gold information.

Everything you know on the topic.

2/ Make a landing page on Carrd.

Record a video of yourself with this structure:

1: Who you are, your story, why you're here

2: Client results (if you have none, show your EXACT process)

3: Make logical case why they should work with you

4: CTA, book a call
Embed a calendly link below the video.

I *do* put my prices on the page because I have client results.

Also works as a filtering mechanism to avoid calls with low ballers.
3/ Buy a secondary domain similar to your main and add G Suite for SPF & DKIM records (for email deliverability)

Warm it up using Lemwarm for 1-2 weeks.
4/ While you're waiting, start gathering leads.

Use BuiltWith, IcyLeads, or D7 Lead Finder.

Only scrape leads making enough money *in the first place* to justify your prices. No losers.

Make a google sheet with these columns:

Domain
Name
Company
First Line
5/ Write personalized lines for everybody in the list.

Go to their Linked, Facebook, Google them, etc.

"Hey John, saw that article you posted on LinkedIn about properly vetting suppliers. Really great idea you had about starting with small orders first"

GENUINE compliment.
Every person has an email filtering mechanism.

"Is this addressed to me specifically?" or "Is this obviously spam?"

The personalized line puts you in the first category.

Now you have a chance.

They'll *actually* read the next sentence.
6/ Use Mailshake to automate outreach.

Send to 100 prospects per week.

Test your subject lines in batches of 20 until you get 70% opens

Then test your angle (what you say directly after the first line) in batches of 80-100.

You should get 70% opens, 15% replies, 3-4% meetings
7/ You will include no links.

Your CTA is always to book a call.

Any person interested will organically look you up. They will find your high value articles on LinkedIn and the video on your site.

The video alone will 4x your conversions. Guaranteed. You should do it
8/ Don't give up until you've sent at least 200 emails with 15% replies.

If every person says they're not interested, switch up your audience.

The problem here is your *offer,* but the email is good.

Go through the same process for multiples audiences.
