Do you really want to spend 2+ hours per day writing cold emails?

You don't.

It's tedious, time consuming, and annoying.

Here's how to hire an $8/hr freelancer to write the emails for you.

THREAD
The first line of every email needs to be personalized.

JUST the first line.

Here's what that looks like plugged in.

"Hey {{name}}. {{First Line}}

{{One sentence case study}}

{{Call to action}}

{{Signature}}"
{{First Line}} is written manually. All other merge fields are the same every time.

So how do you write first lines correctly *in the first place*?

Here's some examples

*Obviously* researched when it shows up in the preview text.
You find first line content from

> LinkedIn
> Websites
> Google

Record yourself writing 10-20 first lines with Loom.

You'll be posting this video on Upwork.
At the end of the video say

"Now I want you to look me up on LinkedIn and write your OWN first line on ME and include it in your application."

Now every application will have one of the following three.

1) No first line at all
2) A garbage first line
3) A good first line
Discard anybody who's in category 1 or 2.

Like 5% of applications will fall into category 3.

IMMEDIATE screening mechanism.

Cool.

Now pick 1-3 freelancers to give a test of 100.
Give those freelancers each a list of 100 leads.

See what they write.

Give them feedback.

Who works the hardest? Who works on time? Who do you like the best?

Congratulations, this is now your full time freelancer. Hire them.
