10/12 #Spain has a problem with its judiciary system. And as affects mostly minorities as the Catalans or the Basques. The Spanish left @PODEMOS has mostly looked away or even taking political advantage of it instead of addressing the issue.

11/12 Now, the problem is affecting @PODEMOS @GUENGL. These investigations probably have no ground. We don't know. But now @PODEMOS is paying the negligence of allowing the right-wing judges to abuse the system in their political favour.

12/12 @PODEMOS is a cautionary tale for all the democrats in the EU. If Spain is allowed to imprison and send to exile its dissidence, this will affect the democratic standards and credibility of the EU as a whole and further encourage authoritarianism.
