Steele asked Winer (of State Department) to destroy documents which Steele had provided him "out of concern that someone would be able to reconstruct his source network" - which FBI was then sort-of investigating. But, once at State Dept, they were government documents.
2/ shouldn't Winer be charged with obstruction of justice for the destruction of these documents and copies? FWIW, I, for one, long believed that Steele's reports on Ukraine were important and relevant data points for evaluation of Steele dossier and needed to be published.
3/ also, now that we know much more about Steele's supposed "network" in Russia and the extent of fabrication in Steele's office from sketchy info from network, shouldnt Steele's prior work be re-audited to determine infection of Ukraine/Russia policy from prior Steele disinfo?
