Biden also said he doesn't think political conventions are ever quite going back:

Biden made a keystone state joke prediction to the Pennsylvania delegation which is likely to turn out correct, in the Electoral College: “You’re the key. You’re the key to who’s going to be the next president of the United States of America.”
