Biden just now to the Florida delegation to the convention, via Zoom, on Trump:

"I used to think it was because he was callous, but I think it’s because he’s just not smart enough to know what to do. I really mean it. I just don’t think he has it in him to know what to do.”
Biden also said he doesn't think political conventions are ever quite going back:

He said this is "the most creative, inclusive convention we’ve ever had. I doubt we’ll ever go back to the same exact conventions we had in the past. It’s a template for the future.”
Alternative version from Biden on Trump, as said to the PA delegation: “I’m not sure whether he doesn’t understand or that he refuses to prepare...I used to think initially it was because he was just mean spirited, but I just think he’s not capable.”

Russia is using "a range of measures to primarily denigrate former VP Biden and what it sees as an anti-Russia"

American intelligence states: "pro-Russia Ukrainian parliamentarian Andriy Derkach is spreading claims about corruption--including through publicizing leaked phone calls"

This information has appeared on OANN, and GOP senators & House members have not denied they've taken it too
the ODNI statement also identifies China and Iran as concerns.

The law and order president just erased the sentence of a man who repeatedly lied to the House, was convicted by a jury on seven counts of lying and obstruction, and was repeatedly reprimanded by judges for violations.
Much like the firing of inspector generals a few months ago, the White House is so proud of this entirely predictable commutation that they waited until a Friday evening news dump to announce it
Trump has fired the FBI director, fired his AG, had many US attorneys fired, pardoned a convicted sheriff, told police to be more abusive, refused congressional subpoenas, attacked the Supreme Ct, commuted the sentence of an obstructionist,

but says he’s all about law & order
