OK only somewhat partially unraveled. All I know is when I asked for my data, I went to cambridgeanalytica.org filled out a form, got an email from sclgroup.cc to wire £10 to SCL Elections Ltd and the response came on CA letterhead signed “for and on behalf of CA”
