It's exactly one month since Twitter imposed restrictions on QAnon-related terms and hashtags. See how engagement with those hashtags massively dropped afterwards. The only two hashtags still doing well are #SaveTheChildren and #SaveOurChildren, both hijacked by QAnon believers 
This is a more detailed breakdown of the direction of travel for each hashtag before and after the 22nd of July. Apart from #SaveTheChildren and #SaveOurChildren all have seen a dramatic drop in numbers and engagements. Seems like the restrictions are working, for now at least
Also, take a look at the geographical spread of QAnon hashtags. The US is still by far the biggest magnet for QAnon content, but Europe, South America and Southeast Asia all have a core base of QAnon supporters now
Couple more regions where QAnon has seen a bump in activity in recent months: Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. I've also seen QAnon-related Facebook pages and groups, and Instagram accounts, popping up in Japanese and Korean
