Portland has many journalists who are out every night following protests.

But we find incidents through web crawlers that look for videos from protests.

This is protest only after the murder of George Floyd. We have web crawlers that pick up protest footage.

We are also aware that not everything is on camera. We can't add those incidents because there is no way to verify.
We'll have a thread up in the next couple days on APD's use of force during protests.

These are not formally reported incidents. We find protest footage and determine whether they are incidents based on our criteria.
