@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike That was the Concord Management case, charges against Russian companies who set up those Facebook ads that supposedly sank Hillary's campaign. The 13 Russians were 12 GRU agents, who earlier had been caught by Dutch intelligence trying to spy on an operation in The Hague...
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike ...The Russians allegedly hacked the DNC in July 2015. In this alleged hack, it was the Russian Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) group called "Cozy Bear," or APT-29, or "The Dukes." For some strange reason, the FBI permitted these alleged hackers to stay on the DNC network...
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike ...for an entire year.

Now, the FBI during Comey's tenure, used National Security Letters (NSL) so much he came under criticism for it. Thousands of NSLs were issued by Comey's FBI. NSL are search warrants not signed by a judge. The FBI was first alerted...
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike ...to APT 29 in 2015 by the National Security Agency. The FBI had one agent contact the DNC by phone to inform them of the presence of APT 29 on their network. The DNC's IT people could not find any evidence, so consultants were called in like Yared Tamene, who had no...
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike ...better luck than the IT staff. Other than more phone calls, and two meetings, the FBI did nothing else. When I've brought this up in the past, supporters of the official story have said the DNC had nothing to do with National Security, so Comey could not use NSLs to...
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike ...force entry into the DNC and its computer network to deal with APT 29. However, in May 2014, John Brennan, CIA Director, had produced an intelligence report about Russian plans to interfere in other countries' elections, including ours, and that cyber intrusions would...
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike ...be used. Since this was Russian intelligence, FSB, inside the DNC network, this would suggest the operation was part of what Brennan reported in May 2014. Comey stayed out of the DNC network, and let APT 29, "Cozy Bear," prance around in the DNC network for an entire year...
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike ...unchallenged.

Now, one would think a hacker group no one bothered to expel from the DNC network would be enough for Putin to steal compromising emails. Well, it wasn't because the GRU, Russian military intelligence, in the guise of APT 28, "Fancy Bear," came in during...
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike ...March 2016, according to the official story. Fancy Bear stole the emails and gave them to Wikileaks (12 of the indicted) along with Guccifer 2.0, alleged to be part of "Fancy Bear" by Mueller (Number 13). Fancy Bear was so lousy about keeping a low profile, the DNC IT...
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike ...staff caught them in April. Crowdstrike came on May 5, 2016, but was not allowed to take the network off the Internet to get rid of the Russians until after all the primaries were held. This was Donna Brazile's story in HACKS. So, or 36 days, nothing was done while the...
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike ...emails were stolen on May 23 and May 25, 2016, and given, or sold, to Wikileaks, who published them on July 22, 2016.

So Putin, who had a stealthy (he thought, since no one took them off the DNC network and they could steal what they wanted) in APT 29, so why send in APT 28?
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike APT 28 really blew the whole thing since they were easily detected, and only a dumb decision kept the DNC from losing all of those emails. There was no reason for it, nor, if the Russians were really involved, to send a GRU APT into the network since APT 29 came and went...
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike ...from the DNC network at will while FBI and DNC did nothing.

Well, it turns out, if you wanted Russian names on an indictment, APT 28 is happy to oblige because they have a history of being caught and Dutch intelligence published some of their names. That is one...
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike Now, who in the "Cozy Bear" FSB alleged hack got indicted? In November 2015, the NSA told the FBI there was a transmission from the DNC to Moscow, so they took stuff and sent it to Russia.

None of them were indicted. No one from FSB was indicted.
@TampagirlC19655 @TheTruthFather @CheyenneSulli14 @nytmike I'm not sure that any APT 29 hackers ever had their names published in the foreign press like the APT 28 hackers did, so it's hard to come up with the names, I guess.
