China might launch an experimental space plane tomorrow, see Cosmic Penguin's thread
Based on the NOTAM's, I calculate that tomorrow's mystery Chinese CZ-2F #launch that at the suggestion of @Cosmic_Penguin might be a Chinese #Spaceplane, will go into a ~45 degree inclined orbit (give or take a degree or so): 
Even more interestingly: within the uncertainties of the launch time, the orbital plane aimed for seems to coincide with that of the US Air Force #X37B OTV-6 space plane!

But indeed, take into account that:
A launch time near 7:00 UT is now floating around. This is outside the time window of the NOTAM's, but that doesn't make it impossible. Compared to the X-37B OTV 6 orbital plane, this would then be the situation (OTV 6 orbital plane crossing over Jiuquan was at 6:00 UT):
