So you are tired of your job. Not a bad thing. The key issues are these:

1. Identify what is the source of the frustration. The pay? The people? The environment? The nature of the job? The work itself?
Every one has a different response.

If it's the pay, can you add a side hustle? Can you learn something thay will add extra? Can you get a new certification that will improve you? Can you apply for a new job? Can you request for a raise since you have the results?
If it's the people, or the environment, drill down to the real issue. Are you an Introvert trying to thrive with Extroverts? Is it thay people don't commit to their jobs and it gets to you?
If it's the nature of the job, can you request a reassignment to another unit or department? Is it the distance to the work place? Can you do remote? You only have power over things under your control but you can also influence.
2. Get a plan in place. You've identified the cause of the frustration, next get a plan to get you out of it. Many of us just sit there expecting things to change. No. The only thing that will change if you do nothing is nothing.
The plan should have an end, and state exactly what you wan to achieve. Many advice that it is good to be fixed on the outcome but be flexible on the process. There may be a shorter way to get to your desired outcome.
3. Start the plan. Many draw up plans but never do anything about it. See, the frustration on thay job will not go until you do something about it. Start the plan.
4. You are not an Island. You may want to share the frustration with a colleague or a superior that you trust. Trust being the operative word. Speaking about your deepest pain to everyone not wise. If you have a supportive spouse, talk to the person about it also.
5. Be committed. Some say that we need to be like the postage stamp on a document....committed to the end. You have to stay on even when you don't feel like it. That's commitment. Let the outcome excite you.
You said, you will get a side hustle, commit. You said you will talk to HR about the frustration, do it. You said you'll apply for that new opening, do it. And be committed.
6. Use time wisely. Some changes can and will happen immediately. Some will not. Make the best use of your time while you wait for the source of the work frustration to clear away.
7. Remain hopeful and engage in positive self talk. This is very necessary. Keep telling yourself, it will be over soon.
8. Celebrate when you win. Look, you deserve it. Your mental state is key.
Note that chronic frustration on the job may need professional attention.

You are a success story!
Be!
