but it takes us 10 years to construct 1 destroyer after order placed and 20 years to place an order.
1.4% of GDP for defence is suicidal. Has to reach minimum 2.5 % and a defence budget of minimum 100 billion USD. This has to happen now.

we wait with our suicidally low defence expenditure + OFB/DPSU/MOD procurement structure makes makes the Chinese stronger.
