State-controlled "Entekhab" agency quotes the #Tehran provincial government saying "The explosion in Eastern Tehran was due to #IRGC's drill/training"

"It was due to an ongoing training that began on Thursday and lasted till Friday morning"
Adding: "no casualties or damages were reported"
