Lewis puts it to the witness he didn't mention the name of Julian Assange's' partner his report.
He says "she had concerns about confidentiality."
"I do not accept that, you have a duty to the court," Lewis replies.
"I was trying to be diplomatic and respectful"
Kopelman adds that between his first and second reports her name became public and it is in the second report.
Lewis now going over what he calls discrepancies between Kopelman's final report and the handwritten notes he took at the time he was talking to people. #Assange
Kopelman says there may be discrepancies but he was "trying yo be concise," concedes one thing he removed was an "error of omission."
Lewis notes says that the his report he witness quoted a report by a Nils Melzer, which he says is "politically biased" and is "palpable nonsense."
Kopelman says he included the parts that related to psychiatry, and excluded the political parts.
Lewis reads more of the Nils Melzer, report, Kopelman responds, "I didn't put that in, I don't see why you are cross-examining me on it."
Says he only quoted aspects relating to Assange's physical condition.
Lewis, "you are cherry-picking."
The witness replied, "I cherry-picked the bits relating to psychiatry
Lewis suggests the court has seen Assange for two weeks and he clearly is having no issues in following proceedings.
He quotes some of Assange's interventions in the proceedings.

Lewis says these clearly shows the defendant is clearly aware of the proceedings.
Kopelman says that he cannot analyse someone's mental state from a written document.
Lewis suggests that Kopelman is wrong about the name of a test in his report.
He replies loudly: "I'm an expert on cognitive testing and Neuropsychology, that's what it's called."
Lewis moves on
(Lewis had said the test called (TOMM) did not detect malingering, the witness replied that TOMM stood for "Test of Memory Malingering."
Lewis says "Any mental health issues Mr Assange may have did not stop him stealing secrets from the top level of the US government."
Kopelman says he is in no position to comment on that.
Lewis put to then witness that "if US medical care in prisons is adequate, many of the dangers you warn of don't apply."
Witness replied that he's seen reports that the care is inadequate
Lewis "So your now an expert on American prisons eh?"
Short break
Proceedings resume.
Mr Lewis has ended his cross-examination, defence barrister Edward Fitzgerald QC is now re-examining the witness.
Fitzgerald and Lewis both on their feet disputing a point, the witness chips in.
Judge Baraitser says "This is not a round-table discussion."
Kopelman says: "A lots of the things I was asked about this morning happened at a time when I was even seeing Mr Assange."
Lewis says that it took Assange time to get used to a new psychologist at Belmarsh prison, so he did conceal things from her. #Assange
Says the same was true of the prison nurses, "It depended on who he trusts." #Assange
Kopelman ends his evidence,
Legal teams and judge having a discussion about some "housekeeping issues."
Court adjourns for the day

Why did the Sun/News of the world hack William and Harry so much?
A thread.
Royal news and gossip was a staple of their output, but their problem was that, in 2006/2010 the younger members of the family, who the public was most interested wouldn't cooperate, as they blamed the press for Diana's death
Their Royal reporters were also mostly middle aged men in suits, they wouldn't exactly blend in at the London nightspots the young set hung out at
Counsel now going over emails sent to the Mail on Sunday to Harry's solicitors asking if they wanted to "comment or guide," them on their planned article.
Counsel, Harry had only made the offer to pay when the judicial review was already in progress.
Says "That's the basis of what the criticism [in the article] was about
Back at court (by video link) for a motions hearing in the case of Prince Harry v Associated Newspapers.
Not sure what I'll be able to report, but will let you all know what I can.
