SOLUTIONS FOR SLEEPLESSNESS

3. Create the environment: the light, temperature, noise, mood etc all work hand in hand. A quite environment, moderate temperature and light promotes sleep. 4. Avoid caffeine: Avoid it especially towards the evening if you plan to sleep at night. Unless u want to do wake keep🤪
5. Don't worry abt things you can solve that night: its often a habit to start staring at the ceiling when it's time to sleep. Just avoid doing this. This will only keep you up all through the night, and make you sleepy during the day.

6. Get up if sleep refuses to come: as contradictory as this sounds, yes get up and do something that will make u fall asleep. Read a boring book, watch a boring movie etc.
Sleep usually starts coming closer during boring conversations, movies or meetings 😴
7. Avoid exercise towards bed time: yes exercise helps promote sleep, but this benefit comes hours later.. so if u exercise at 8pm, don't expect to sleep off by 8:30pm or even 9pm.
The immediate pains that comes with exercise will make sleeping uncomfortable.
8. Music works as well: this is my go to. Music helps me a lot but sometimes it can keep me awake. If you're a music analyst, this is not for you because you'll stay awake all night analysing the song.
9. Don’t use your bed for anything other than sleep and sex😉😅 "e shock u?"
Lastly,
10. Don't forget to take your prescribed medications regularly and when due.
Most ladies do not know how to calculate their Period, Ovulation, Safe and Unsafe period.
Here is just a simple way to calculate.
For 28 days cycle
-Day 1. Flow starts
-Day 14. Plus or minus 2 days, is ovulation (unsafe)
-Other days (before flow and after flow, probably safe)
You get now??
It's good to know, even if you use apps too
Also, a simple way to know a rough estimate of when to expect it, is to minis 2 to 3 days from the date it started the last time. Eg, if you started your flow on the 9th of August (for a 28 days cycle), expect it September 6th or 7th.
