Starting my "Dopamine Detox" today.

Taking it slow, step by step because I have failed several times before.

Removed all the unncessary apps like Facebook, Twitter, all the financial trackers etc from my phone. They can now be accessed only via my tablet.
Irony that I am writing this on Twitter. Still couldn't offload WhatsApp from my mobile phone, but will try it in the next phase. Wish me luck.
You will continue to see content from me on Twitter, Facebook, Linkdin and WhatsApp, but only quality and meaningful contents and interaction.
No more Quack-hunting and Twitter wars from me. I need to get over it. I WILL get over it.

What does CARAMEL stand for ?

CARAMEL stands for CArdiac, Renal, Adipo-Metabolic, Eye and Liver disease
His argument is that Type 2 diabetes is a mere manifestation of the "actual disease". So are the other manifestation of the CARAMEL acronym which all arise from the common soil... So that this common soil?

Q. What is Hemoglobin Glycation Index ?
1/5: 🩸 The Hemoglobin Glycation Index (HGI) compares a person’s actual HbA1c level to their predicted level based GMI (glucose management index) value from CGM
2/5: 📊 The HGI is calculated by subtracting the estimated HbA1c from the measured HbA1c. A high HGI suggests increased glycation rate, linked to microvascular complications in diabetes.
