Chris Wallace has broken the debate up into 15-minute segments: Their records, the Supreme Court, the pandemic, the economy, race, the election' integrity.
Apparently we're starting off with the Supremes instead: Trump says, in reference to appointing a Justice during the elections, says "we won the election." He says "we have the right to do it."
Biden points out the election has already started, therefore the appointment should wait; he says it's about the ACA. He has already slurred words and missed grammatical consistency, probably at a normal rate for him.
They're already talking over each other and Trump is shouting "Socialist!" --Biden objecting to Trump's out -of-his-ass claim that Biden will wipe out 180 million people (from care?) #Debates2020
