The girl’s family and main accused Sandeep’s family had old enemity and in 2001, they had lodged cases against each other. After taking 2 lakh from Sandeep’s family, girl’s family had withdrawn d case.

Despite this enemity, the girl and Sandeep fell in love with each other

About a month before the incident, the both Sandeep & Manisha were caught in compromising position and was beaten by their family.

The Pradhan of the village mediated and suggested for their marraige but girl’s family refused as the brother (watch him) was against this.

The girl Manisha and Sandeep continued their relationship and the brother caught them together so many times and he had beaten Sandeep too.

Due to all this issue Sandeep’s family sent him out of village for some job.

He had gifted a mobile to Manisha to remain in touch

Few days back Sandeep had called on Manisha’s mobile which was picked by her Bhabhi. Who told her mother and brother. She was badly beaten by them & complained to Gram Pradhan

Who in turn informed Sandeep’s father. He was called to village & he too was beaten by his father

On d day of incident i.e. 14th Sept, Sandeep had gone to meet Manisha when she was in her field,he was talking to her when Manisha’s mother saw them together. She raised an alarm called her son,Manisha’s brother. Sandeep ran away

Manisha’s brother tried to strangulate her with her Dupatta in anger & mercilessly beaten her. She was unconscious. Mother saw this & started screaming.

Lovekush (co-accused) was in nearby field with his mother. He rushed to the spot, Manisha’s mother asked for water

He rushed with water and was told by mother that Sandeep tried to kill Manisha.

When Manisha was in her sense, she corroborated the same line that Sandeep tried to kill her. She repeated the same in hospital in front of police & media also. Video attached

Their was no hint of rape, gang rape or Chopping of tongue.

Now the main twist comes. Local Congress politician reached the hospital in Aligarh and told the mother to tell media that my daughter was raped. You will get money from government.

She obliged and surprisingly on 22nd Sept, Gangrape sections were added in FIR

Mother was sceptical,since Love Kush were friend of Sandeep,so they might help him. So she took their name & out of old animosity took Sandeep’s Uncle Ramu’s name

A local youth congress leader posted on his Facebook that Girl was gangraped, her ribs broken and tongue was chopped so that she can not give statement which is false

Two days later the succumbed to her injury. Aligarh CMO report didn’t mention rape so did forensic report
